Maxima's Waterproof Grease is a calcium-sulfonate-complex soap based grease that offers great all round lubrication.
Just like Motorex Bike Grease, this is one of the greases we recommend if you just want 1 multi-purpose grease. Originally designed as an assembly grease for high performance engines, you can be sure Maxima Assembly Grease will handle the relatively light loads of your bicycle for a very long time. The grease is also corrosion and water resistant, although if you regularly ride in very wet conditions, we recommend Maxima Waterproof Grease.
Safe for all metals but not laboratory tested on carbon so while we haven't heard any reports of issues, we still recommend Motorex Bike Grease if your grease will be in contact with Carbon components.
