Park Tool was founded in 1963 by Howard Hawkins and Art Engstrom, the owners of Park Schwinn, a small bike shop in the Hazel Park area of St. Paul Minnesota. Known for their trademarked Blue colour, they revolutionized the cycling tool industry in the late 20th century and have grown to become the world's largest bicycle tool manufacturer.
